Timble is a super easy to use time tracker that fully integrates with project management software like Jira and Trello allowing synchronization of tasks and projects in both directions. Our app is a cloud based tool that is designed to minimize distractions and take the hassle out of time tracking and reporting. Timble is time tracking, smarter. Primarily made for IT developers and Project Managers, but can be easily adapted into other verticals outside IT (eg. accounting, legal offices, startups, freelancers).

Once upon a time...

Dominik Goss and Krzysztof Karolczak – Timble’s cofounders, were travelling around the world helping IT companies save their projects from failure. Eventually, they set up their own software house Inwedo. Staying on time and track with their work was a priority, so they asked themselves one question: How much time daily do developers spend coding? Not making coffee, reading, looking for information or switching between tasks, but actually writing code


To answer the question, they created a very basic tool – a play/stop button. Developers used it whenever they were actively coding. They pressed play when working, and pause when they took a little break. The tool spread quickly, and new functionalities followed faster than you can say: project management.


We added and synchronized developers’ task lists with JIRA, and made sure each task is super easy to access, edit, and always up to date. Already saving time on switching between issues, yey! Then we thought about project managers, and created a dashboard providing them with clear, real time overviews of teams and projects so they can make informed decisions as early on as possible. And to help managers save time, Timble generates insightful, ready to present timesheets and reports automatically.


That’s how Timble came to life. A cloud based tool, providing full overview of projects, and taking the pain out of progress tracking and reporting. It integrates with platforms like JIRA or Trello, and helps teams become more productive. Timble answers to all the biggest aches and pains of IT world with a solution that feels natural to developers’ real life needs and work habits.
